Fully furnished luxurious house, large kitchen featuring 2 ovens, 2 dishwashers, TV, dvd, grill, indoor and outdoor furniture. There is plenty of parking the driveway is 100 feet long and 30 feet wide and there is a garage.

The 7 bedrooms are as follows: 2 bedrooms with Queen beds, 2 bedrooms with Double beds, 2 bedrooms with 2 Single beds and 1 bedroom with 2 Double beds.

Best weather around! Beach Activities, golf, boating, jet skis, fishing, public tennis courts nearby. The Bluewater Bridge to Canada is only 3 miles south.

Summer rates are $1700-$2900 per week. Sleeps 16 in Summer.
Fall, Winter & Spring $850-$1,700. Fall, Winter & Spring are monthly, weekly or three-day weekend.  There are no rentals available for less than three days.
Sleeps only 10 in Winter, late Fall & early Spring since there is no heat in three of the second floor bedrooms.
