great, quiet, and family-oriented area near the Seaside-like
neighborhood of Summers Edge. Guests may enjoy the Gulf breezes on
any of the four spacious covered porches or decks (two of which
overlook the pool) You may want to relax on the front wrap-around
porch and watch your children play in the white-picketted fenced and
landscaped front yard. BE sure to listen out for the ice-cream truck
which comes by regularly. If you are ready for more action, the
fenced back yard contains a large beautiful pool with fountains. The
pool deck is ideal for relaxing or grilling out. When the time is
right, guests may want to take an approximately 100 yard pleasant
stroll to the sugar white sands and emerald waters of the Gulf of
Mexico.(without having to cross 30-A)

Beachviews is a spacious three story home. The first floor living
room area, dining area and well-equipped kitchen all flow together
creating an open feel. Off the kitchen is a bedroom with twin beds.
This bedroom overlooks the pool and has a full bath. Also off the
kitchen is nice laundry room and with a new Bosch washer and new
Bosch dryer.

On the second floor, guests will find a roomy Master Bedroom with
separate walk-in closets and a large private bathroom. French doors
take guests out to the covered porch. This is an ideal area to
relax and gaze over the beautiful pool, fountains and small natural
wooded area, or sit down and have a beverage or meal.
