Vacation Rental Description

Larger than life and you can have all your friends and family in one 
location 16 - 24 people sleep over or a smaller 6 - 10 sleep over 
for a week long getaway. 
Now accepting advanced bookings for Summer 2007, 2008 50% deposit 
required, balance due 30 days prior to arrival by check, cash or 
credit card, (3% fees apply to cards). Cancels loose deposits or 
moneys paid after the 3rd day of deposit. Please email for details.

Welcome to the Heavens of Campau and Kettle Lake, located in Alto 
Michigan, "A Retreat for the Mind, Soul, Body, and Spirit."

The Roberts Resort is a beautifully waterfall landscaped lakeside 
resort/cottage that is more than a great place to relax and has 
excellent lake access for all sports fishing and family or friend 
gathering of larger groups or smaller groups. This not a cottage but 
a Resort, with brilliant blue metal roof this massive but elegant 
structure is jaw dropping. You will be able to look out over all the 
cottages from the 4th floor deck, as you sun bath as you wish! This 
lake front suite is excellent for fishing, canoeing, tubing, and 
swimming. Your youngest of only 2 years old will be able to catch 
fish with a net if you drop bread into the water and take time to 
teach them.

The Cottage also features a lakeside patio with a hammock to relax 
or play volleyball or horse shoes or polish horse shoes and later 
sing by the fire. Your choices are many available for evening or 
daytime relaxation or excitement. 
We have Grills for BBQ on both ground and upper level, an excellent 
place to unwind or play all the games as a mini tournament for all 
guests to participate as teams.  There are also many golf courses in 
the general vicinity, horse ranches, and a kids bounce party 
location.

The interior of the resort features master bedroom (upstairs level 
three) that has a king-size bed, TV and master bath that is equipped 
with a jacuzzi that fills as the water drops from the ceiling, and 
steamer shower, to top it off this bathroom has a fireplace.  There 
are two other bedrooms and one bedroom / office level also has 2 
bedrooms and office bedroom for surfing online. This level also has 
the hot tub on deck lakeside. 
The main floor living room has a wrap around couch that seats a 
dozen or so and the kitchen food bar is set up to seat 6 - 8 people 
alone. This open floor plan allows a small group of 18 - 20 to all 
eat in comfort for the main meal, as you watch a slide show of the 
last years trip or past days events on a 42 inch plasma located just 
above a gas fireplace or even higher above the plasma a projection 
screen 96 inches approx. This main floor has any light scheme you 
can imagine, with fully loaded surround sound set up for 7.2 system 
in ceilings and walls.
The resort has 2 heat/ac systems that keep you comfortable on any 
one of the four levels. You are set up with cable TV, VCR, DVD 
player, and stereo and are fully furnished and some levels have all 
the movie channels.
There are only two more levels to explain. 
The lower level is fully functional as a separate unit. Lakeside you 
have a kitchen and deck under the other deck and sandbox under the 
step landing. The 54-inch television with wrap around couch/bed, 
full bath and 2 bedrooms in front of the game room with a pool table 
and sound proof room.
The last level is the 4th floor located above the house has a deck 
to view for miles. The forts lead through tunnels back to the 
bedrooms below. The pin pong table setting in front of the fireplace 
located next to the pin ball machine set in front of a 3/4 kitchen 
that sets aside a 1/2 bath. Step throughout the resort are all 
carpeted and are all only half-length of a full run for safety of 
children. 
Laundry this unit has a center located on the 3rd and 1st floor. 
Many other things to mention like an intercom throughout the house 
and iron wall mount, the waterfall and landscaping, massive amounts 
of glass on decks and view of the 4th floor from the main floor. 

The Heavens of Campau is located on Campau Lake and Kettle Lake West 
side just across from the public access, with boat rentals at the 
North end of the Lake at Wellers. The resort has an added spot 
across the street for off street parking and is located on a dead 
end for lack of not wanted traffic, although you get a few drive by 
just to see this structure. Built in 2004 year, designed by Frank 
and Cheryl  as their Michigan resort, while out 
yachting had picked this perfect steel blue roof and the rest just 
fell into place. This has top of the line everything and is foam 
insulated to conserve our energy, for heat or cold adjustments.

The resort is located 20 miles southeast of Grand Rapids off 
Whitneyville and 45 miles from Lake Michigan.

This is a great getaway from the city but also close to the entire 
city Conveniences. If you are planning on Cross Country Skiing, 
attending Seminars, weddings, or visiting relatives in Grand Rapids, 
this Rental may be the ideal getaway. Get a limousine or stretch 
hummer, or party bus for your whole group at discount rate from the 
owners as low as $10 per person per hour.

Weekends minimum is $2500 - $3100 
  Three-day min will be accepted mostly off-season for more call on 
this to be sure rates for 3 day.  

(You figure your average hotel is $128 - $169 per night at a nice 
place sleeps 2 - 4 people, price per person average - $30 per person 
per night. This place sleeps 26 people x $30 per person or $40 per 
person = $780 - $1040 would be the average nightly rate on 26 people 
or 6 -7 rooms at $128 - $169 per night at a decent hotel.)

You cannot beat this deal and you don't have to go for dinner or 
meet and go back to your rooms or check in and out and you can all 
be together and spend quality time that is lost on a hotel set up!

No pets and no smoking shoes must be removed. 
Deposit $500 hold on card and a $300.00 will be refunded, $50 per 
floor minimum fee is the amount charged or paid on check.
Weekly Sat 5:00 PM check in to Saturday 11:59 AM check out.
Cleaning Fee $50 per floor non refundable, and if left different 
than arrived ohter than linnens, added charges may be applied to
