This is another one of Laura & David's "Country Living Magazine"  
lake vacation homes. At "The Deer Pass Lodge" you will be captivated with the beauty and  
warmth as soon as you enter. Our home with over 5400 sq.ft. and 7  
bedrooms and 5 & 2 half baths is located 1 mile from Silver Dollar City and 3  
miles to the popular Indian Point Marina. Our home is private and  
sits on 2 acres with a large circle driveway and a basketball hoop  
area for the kids-the dad's who want to do a little one on one.  
 
"The Deer Pass Lodge" offers panoramic lakeviews throughout and is  
decorated with wonderful antiques and high quality amenities,  
including high thread count linens, satellite Plasma TV's, Surround  
Sound,Wireless Broadband Internet, and a fully equipped kitchen and  
laundry room. 
  
So let me tell you a little about our bedrooms. The 1st Master Suite  
with King high poster bed has high vaulted ceilings, a full bath,  
and a private screened porch for you to enjoy the beautiful  
lakeviews and sunsets. The 2nd Master Suite with a Canopy Log King  
bed and private bath has a wonderful round stone fireplace to enjoy  
a romantic evening and you can also step out onto your private deck  
to watch the sun go down over the lake. The 3rd bedroom is just for  
the kids. It has a twin daybed with a pull-out trundle. These 3  
bedrooms listed above are all on the main floor of the home along  
with a Great Room that has a 25ft. vaulted ceiling and a stone  
pellet fireplace. This Great Room has a deluxe Queen sleeper sofa,  
floor to ceiling windows to take in the panoramic lakeviews and a  
52" Plasma TV. A large deck is off the Great Room and has ample  
seating along with a large commercial stainless gas grill. The  
sunsets are breathtaking-so have your camera ready. The country  
dining room with a Shaker table and Windsor chairs is open to the  
Great Room. The large kitchen is fully equipped with all the modern  
appliances and cooking/baking dishes necessary to serve up your  
favorite meal. A second family room with another deluxe Queen 
sleeper is just off the kid's room. Now, let's go upstairs.  
 
The landing on the upper floor overlooks the Great Room below. The  
hall on your right leads you into the 4th bedroom, which is also the  
3rd Master Suite with a King bed and vaulted ceilings. This suite  
also has it's own private bath and a wonderful iron daybed with pull- 
out twin trundle for the extra guest. Bedrooms 5 and 6 share a Jack  
& Jill bathroom and both have King beds. They have cathedral  
ceilings and you get to wake up to panoramic lakeviews each morning. 
The 7th Master King Suite is in the basement with a large private bath and sports panoramic  
lakeviews. 
  
This home will sleep 21 and has 4 additional rollaway beds upon  
request. A ping pong table plus additional seating and a twin  
sleeper sofa is located in the basement. Please email and

4 Roll-Out beds available upon request. 4 of the 7 bedrooms are  
Master Suites with their own baths. 2 of the suites have their own  
private deck. Three Master Suites have their own Satellite  
Plasma TV & DVD Players. 
 
Fully equipped Kitchen and Laundry Room. Satellite TV. Wireless  
Internet. Large Deck with commercial stainless gas grill. 
 
Plasma 52" TV in Great Room and other plasma's in designated  
bedrooms. 2nd family room. Large Circle Drive with basketball hoop.  
2 car garage. A regulation size Ping Pong table, along with other  
seating is located in the basement. 
 
House is private and on 2 acres. High quality linens, beautifully  
decorated rooms with antiques. Panoramic Lakeviews! Gorgeous sunsets!

Activities and Attractions

1 mile to Silver Dollar City. 3 miles to Indian Point Marina. Less  
than 6 minutes to the strip and all the shows and attractions

Vacation Rental Rates

2008 Rental Rates 
 
Jan. 2nd to Feb. 28th = $1500 week or $225 a night-2 night minimum 
 
March 1st to May 22nd = $2400 week or $400 a night w/ 3 night  
minimum 
 
May 23rd to Sept 7th = $4600 Weekly Only 
 
July 4th Week the 1st to the 7th = $4800 
 
Sept. 7th to Jan 2nd = $3200 week or $500 a night w/ 3 night  
minimum...4 Night Minimum during Thanksgiving & Christmas Weeks 
 
 
$200 Cleaning fee--All taxes included with rates. 50% deposit, plus  
cleaning fee due at time of reservation, balance due 30 days prior  
to arrival.
