Vacation Rental Description

New two bedroom, two bath home with bright, open floor plan sleeps 11 
and is 200 feet to the beach! Tile floors throughout and new 
appliances. Property equipped with high speed internet access! Pets 
allowed. Dogs under 35 pounds will be allowed for a non-refundable 
pet charge of $15.00/day/pet (2 pets maximum). Large open deck and 
deck furniture designed to maximize your enjoyment of the ocean view!

Vacation Rental Amenities

King in Master bedroom with ocean view, King and twin trundle bed in 
Guest bedroom.  Two Queen and one single sofa beds in living area.

Large open, breezy floorplan, with fully equipped kitchen, dining 
table, washer/ dryer, TV with DVD, telephone, wrap around decks, and 
on-site parking.

Activities and Attractions

Enjoy the beach just 200 feet away, fishing in bays or offshore, 
scuba diving, snorkeling, canoeing and kayaking, birdwatching, and 
horseback riding.  There are numerous local restaurants and shops.

Vacation Rental Rates

$510/ night (plus tax)  Memorial Day through Labor Day
$300/ night (plus tax)  Rmainder of the year.
Two(2) night minimum stay
