vacation rental description
Fully furnished with washer/dryer, fresh towels and linens. Very
open floor plan with extra large eat-in bay window kitchen. Master
bed (king)and bath upstairs. Huge pool, deck, gas grill, wood burning
outdoor firepit, cable tv, high speed internet, dvd, stereo.
Cards and board games available.
Downstairs queen bed and double bed with twin bunk bed. Ceiling fans
everywhere, ice cold air conditioning. Great place to relax by the
pool and grill out on the large back deck surrounded by a completely
private fence. (This home was lived in and decorated by me
personally so I take very good care in maintaining and upkeep.)

Very close to historic downtown Inverness. Excellent variety of golf
courses. Three of the finest golf courses in the country, El Diablo,
Black Diamond and World O Woods. 25 minutes to the Gulf of Mexico,
world famous scuba diving, World famous tarpon fishing in the
Homosassa flats, deep sea fishing, kayak, canoe and boat rentals,
etc. Room to park a boat/trailer.
About an hour to Disney area attractions, hour to Bush Gardens and
Tampa area/beaches. Close to many lakes and within walking distance
to paved biking/walking trails. Bike rentals. Gorgeous west coast
sunsets.

$500 to $800 per week $1800-$2200 per month *deposit required*

minus $100 cleaning fee. Must be paid in full within 5 days of
arrival.
