300-400 ft. away as well as two new lifts #1 and #8 and is an ideal
location to stay due to the proximity of the resort. An additional
bonus is a covered
parking garage to keep your car safe from ice and snow. Brian Head,Utah
is located in Southwest Utah and is approximately 240 miles north of
Las Vegas (I-15), 350 miles south of Salt Lake City, and 30 miles north
of Cedar City, Utah. Brian Head is centrally located to have direct
access to Bryce Canyon, Zion, and Cedar Breaks National Monument.
Summer & Fall events include Hunting, Mountain Biking, Hiking, Horseback
Riding, ATV Exploring, Camping and Fishing. You can rent Mountain
bikes and ATV's from local sporting good shops. It's a wonderful
place to relax whether it's the Winter, Spring, Summer or Fall.

Giant Steps Unit #17 includes all the amenities of home. The
Master bedroom has a King Size Bed and a Full Private Bathroom with a
Tub/Shower, and 22" LCD HDTV/DVD for watching movies. The Second Bedroom has a Queen Size and a Twin Size
Bed along with a 19" LCD HDTV/DVD for watching movies.  The 2nd bathroom is across the hall from a 2nd Bathroom. The Living Room
consists of a love seat and sofa-sleeper and a 42" Sanyo LCD HDTV,
DVD, XBOX Game Console (many games), and Sony Stereo Receiver 3:1 Speaker System along with a Queen Size
Sleeper Sofa for additional guests. The Kitchen is fully equiped with
all the necessities needed to cook all meals. There is an Equipment
Closet in the Hallway to store Ski-Snowboard,and fishing Equipment.
There is a
recreation room that has a jacuzzi and laundry facilities We ask all
guests to please
take off all Ski-Snowboard boots and/or Dirty Boots/Shoes before entering
the condo as we have installed new carpet and flooring.!

Brian Head, Utah is centrally located to have direct access to Bryce
Canyon, Zion, and Cedar Breaks National Monument. Panguitch Lake
and Navajo Lake are 15-20 minutes away and offer great trout
fishing. Summer & Fall events include Hunting, Mountain Biking,
Hiking, Horseback Riding, ATV Exploring (my favorite), Camping and
Fishing. It's a wonderful place to relax whether it's the Winter,
Spring, Summer or Fall. It's a beautiful location.

Winter (Nov. 20-April 11):  2 Night Min. & Holiday Weeks (Christmas and Easter Week) 3 night Min.

Winter Rates (Nov 20-April 11): Holiday/Weekend: $250/nt.
Winter Rates Non-Holiday: Mon-Thurs:  $195.00/nt
Spring/Summer/Fall Rates (April 11 - Nov. 20): Mon-Thurs: $100/nt. & Fri/Sat: $125/nt, Holiday Nights/Weekend: $150/nt.
Security Deposit: $500.00

Spring-Summer-Fall Specials: (April 11-Nov.20): Book 3 nights receive 4th for FREE.

FEE LIST:
Cleaning Fees: $100.00.
Pet/Smoking Violation Fee: $2500.00.
Property Damage Fee: $5000.00 plus punitive damages, court and attorney
fees.
Cancelation Fees/Security Deposit:  Holidays 30+ days notice (100% Refundable): Non-Holidays 15+ days notice (100% Refundable).  Holidays 29 or Less = No Refund, Non-Holidays 15 or Less = No Refund.  Rentals made within 7 Days of Arrival  48 hours notice.
