House on 20 acres with a creek (BONAIR) in San Antonio

A rebuilt ranch house with the same country look.
Central heating and air conditioning.
One of the bathrooms was built specifically for wheel chair access.

The kitchen is compact, with everything you need such as a dishwasher,
plus a clothes washer & dryer.
A good size living room with a half bath off it.
Each of the 2 bedrooms has it's own bath.

A large fenced yard around the house. The creek can be walked to, or
driven to.

This is the only house on twenty acres. The creek has water year
round, and good fishing for Bass, Catfish and Perch.

You can drive to downtown in less then 10 minutes.
A major freeway a mile and a half away. Shopping for
food (or bait) is only a mile away. Once on this property, you will
think you are far out in the country it is so private. (On the other
side of the creek is farm land, so the creek is also very private).
There are benches and tables set up around the house and at the creek.

Next to the house is a bar-b-q, Volleyball, and a Basketball hoop.

Attractions such as the Alamo, Sea World, Fiesta Texas, Rodeos,
Missions, The Riverwalk, HemisFair Plaza, and many fine resturants.
All these withing easy driving distance. The San Antonio airport is
about a 20 minute drive.

$150 per night (weekly stays $950)
Rates are based upon 8 people. Over 8 people a $10 per night charge.
