Vacation Rental Description

A newly rebuilt ranch house. 
It has been kept in the same size and shape as the original. 
Forced air heating and air conditioning added. 
It has a small kitchen and dining room and a good size living room.  
There is a large fenced yard area. The creek can be walked to, or 
driven to. (Clothes washer & dryer in the house). 
  

Vacation Rental Amenities

This is the only house on twenty acres.  The creek has water year 
round, and generally good fishing for Bass, Catfish and Perch.  
Located near the outskirts of San Antonio in a friendly older 
neighborhood, you can drive to downtown within fifteen or twenty 
minutes.  A major freeway is only about two miles away.  Shopping for 
food (or bait) is only a mile away.  Once on this property, you will 
think you are far out in the country it is so private.  (On the other 
side of the creek is farm land, so the creek is also very private).  
There are benches and tables set up around the house and at the 
creek. 
Next to the house is a bar-b-q, Volleyball, and a Basketball hoop. 
  

Activities and Attractions

Attractions such as the Alamo, Sea World, Fiesta Texas, Rodeos, 
Missions, The Riverwalk, HemisFair Plaza, and many fine resturants.   
All these withing easy driving distance.  The San Antonio airport is 
about a 25 minute drive. 

Vacation Rental Rates

$140 per night, OR $900 per week,  OCTOBER thru FEBUARY.            
$150 per night (weekly stays $900) MARCH THRU SEPTEMBER          
Rates are based upon 6 people.  Over 6 people a $10 per night charge.
