Vacation Rental Description

1. The condo has 2 bedrooms (Ocean / Beach / River and City Views) ,  
two baths, balcony WITH SPECTACULAR OCEAN / BEACH / RIVER AND CITY  
VIEWS as well.  
Obviously beach is just a step away. Unlike other condo's in this  
area, this is the one of the very few condominiums that offers all 3  
different views. So you can not only view the gorgeous beach, but  
also can view boats, jet ski's, yachts, cruise etc go by. Fishing  
and boat rentals are just a mile away if you like river activities. 
Obviously enjoy all beach activities as well.

pots & pans, coffee maker, toaster, microwave and more! Patio  
furniture on balcony, central air and heat, cable TV. Washer and  
dryer in unit; building offers exercise room, billiard room, ping- 
pong table, library, two saunas. On the two- level sun deck you will  
find a swimming pool, hot tub, kiddie pool, lighted tennis court,  
and plenty of room to sun bathe. Secured underground parking as well  
as outside parking. 
 
Our condo provides beautiful views and amenities in the condominium,  
along with its most desirable location in Daytona Beach. This is the  
tallest 29 storey building in this area and our condo is on the 26th  
floor thereby gives spectacular 180 deg views that you usually don't  
get from a regular 4-10 storey buildings. Enjoy beautiful sunrise  
and sunset from this condo everyday! 
Close to everything - go carts, restaurants, ice-cream parlor,  
shopping, so much more! At the end of the day, take the private  
elevator up to the 29th floor for cocktails and dinner at  
the Top of Daytona. Happy Hour from 4 to 7 daily and 360 degree  
views of beautiful Daytona Beach!

Vacation Rental Rates

It is usually $110 - $150 per 
day OR $500-$865 for a week OR $1800 - $2450 for a month. Cleaning  
fee of $75 is not included though. 
But here is the option, if you leave the condo clean (the way you  
received it) we will not charge a penny for cleaning as well. So  
your final rent will be all that you see above........nothing more!
