Professionally decorated in Calypso-style and tropical accents,
including original art, my home is equipped with internet, cordless
phones and answering system, and hair dryers in each bath!

Chasey's Club is a fully staffed program for kids 4-12 available
daily in the summer. While they're playing safely, treat yourself to
the spa, sauna, in-room jacuzzi or quiet time on the beach!

*In addition to the basics, I provide 2 beach chairs, 2 coolers, tote
bags, beach towels, boogie boards, floats and building essentials for
sand castles!

I have an extensive music, DVD/video and reading library with titles
for small and big kids alike!
The gourmet-equipped kitchen includes refridgerator serving center
and stainless appliances in this 1700 square foot condo on the 4th
floor! This home is a favorite of our guests in all seasons. Ask
for 401 West! It's the best!

Beautiful white sand beaches, with indoor to outdoor pools and
jacuzzi. A fully equipped fitness center complement the 9 miles of
continuous beaches of the Gulf of Mexico! 2 shopping plazas are
across the street, including grocery, ice cream parlor, video,
novelty shops, and the shops along Perdido Beach Boulevard include
outstanding restaurants, amusements, boutiques and outlet stores
nearby. Our guests at 401 West will experience the vacation of a
lifetime...Ask for 401 West!

We provide boogie boards, noodles, balls, shovels and pails, sand
chairs and totes to carry it all to the shore. Don't miss out on the
Shrimp Festival, Speedboat Races and year-round activities of the
gulf area.
There are huge multiplex cinemas, and 13 golf courses within a few
miles. Amusement parks for small and tall, and occasionally,
babysitting services can be arranged from the management office.
