Vacation Rental Description
A busy day at Beach Haven is like nowhere else: Imagine rolling out
of bed in your luxurious Master Suite, where your only worry is
whether to stroll to nearby Tigertail beach before or after a
morning swim in your private pool. Consider renting a boat for a
few hours, then returning to your own dock for some dolphin watching
or at-home fishing (we supply the poles of course). A bicycle ride
in the late afternoon for some shopping (or a cappuccino) on the
Esplanade (or at any of the many other local shops) would be fun!
Perhaps an evening bar-b-que on the fully enclosed lanai is in
order. (Balmy gulf breezes and spectacular sunsets are just a small
part of what makes Marco so popular!). Then mix up a few margaritas
for a late night Jacuzzi. Sleep late, enjoy life a little.
Tomorrow, you can spend an entire day working hard on your sun tan
while enjoying a gorgeous wide water view from Beach Haven's huge
open air waterside deck. Vacations just don't get better than this!
Beach Haven is a large, 3 bed, 2 1/2 bath, DESIGNER WATERFRONT HOME
only a SHORT WALK TO TIGERTAIL BEACH (with its shimmering white sand
and world famous sunsets). Situated on a quiet cul-de-sac, in one
of the most prestigious areas of Marco Island (The exclusive
Hideaway Beach residential estates are just a few short blocks
away!), with million dollar homes all around it, Beach Haven is a
vacation home renter's dream come true.
The great location makes it perfect for short walks to local dining
and shopping (the new Esplanade is just a short walk away). Or,
take one of the bicycles provided for your pleasure and enjoy a
leisurely island tour. (Running routes and local exercise
facilities are very close too, should you indulge in too many Key
Lime pies as we often do!)
Beach Haven offers over 2100 square feet of living space under
CENTRAL AIR CONDITIONING. It's FULLY SCREENED LANAI encloses the
ELECTRICALLY HEATED SWIMMING POOL WITH SPILL-OVER WATERFALL SPA,
making pool time a "bugless" pleasure in all seasons.
She is situated on a lushly landscaped WATERFRONT LOT, (with full
grown palm trees and citrus trees), so as to enjoy a truly STUNNING
WIDE AND LONG WATER VIEW from the master bedroom, master bathroom,
dining room, lanai, living room and kitchen (almost every room in
the house actually). Views like this are at a premium on Marco!
(You won't find a lot of rental homes offering them, so pay close
attention when choosing your vacation rental home!).
Beach Haven boasts a spacious floor plan (with Master Suite in a
separate wing from the two guest bedrooms and guest bath), upscale
contemporary furnishings, VAULTED CEILINGS, colorful tropical decor,
and bright designer accents (beveled glass tabletops, leather
furniture, high ceilings in every room, custom arched windows,
stunning window treatments, ceiling fans in all rooms, tile floors
in the kitchen and all family rooms, plush carpeting in the
bedrooms, and the finest appliances in every room). High sliding
glass doors open onto the screened lanai from the Dining room,
Breakfast nook and Master Bedroom. First Class throughout!
Off to one side of the Kitchen is the dining room, for everything
from quiet intimate dinners to fun-filled dinner parties. Invite
some of the great people you meet on Marco Island over for dinner
one night. We do often. You might think you won't use it, but you
may, and isn't it nice to have the option? Leather upholstered
chairs for six guests, set around a beveled glass dining
table...that's the joy of Beach Haven, being able to do whatever you
want, from beachy casual to smartly elegant!
Eight foot high fully retracting sliding glass doors from the dining
room light up the gorgeous living room. Should it storm, don't
worry. We have provided you with a big-screen TV complete with VCR
and DVD player, a wide variety of videos and DVDs, and a 6 disc CD
stereo system. The leather couch pulls out into a queen size bed
should you require additional sleeping arrangements. The leather
love seat and chair both have built in recliners.
Conveniently located next to the kitchen for informal snacks and
light meals is the Breakfast Nook. This vibrant colorful room is as
bright as the Florida sunshine. On one side, it looks out very high
arched designer (paned) windows onto lush landscaping. On another
side, it looks out high glass sliding doors onto the lanai and pool.
(You can even pick fruit from your own citrus trees located on the
property - when in season of course!)
With room to comfortably seat six, and close proximity to the
kitchen, this cheerful breakfast nook is bound to become your "home
base" for everything from planning sightseeing trips to munching
late at night.
Beach Haven's designer kitchen is truly a cooks delight. Very few
rental homes will offer you such a pristine top-of-the-line
kitchen. It features: New cabinets, TWO self-cleaning ovens, CORIAN
COUNTERTOPS, and premium appliances (including a microwave,
dishwasher, range, refrigerator with ice maker, breadmaker, coffee
maker).
Beach Haven's kitchen even looks out over the lanai with a large,
retractable, pass-through window to the lanai's pool bar! So
passing drinks or food out to guests is a breeze...or perhaps you
just need to keep a watchful eye on the "little ones" while making
meals. The BREAKFAST BAR area will really come in handy too.
You'll be surprised how often you use it. We practically live at
ours!
Located in its own wing of this spacious home is a wonderful retreat
that we refer to as the MASTER SUITE. Imagine relaxing before
dinner or at the end of each sun-filled day in a quiet enclave
appointed with designer decor, KING SIZE BED, large WALK-IN CLOSET,
a high ceiling with ceiling fan (in addition to air conditioning, of
course), plush "Berber" carpeting, a full-size master bath (with
SEPARATE WHIRLPOOL BATH TUB AND GLASS ENCASED SHOWER, hand crafted
mosaic countertops, TWO SINKS, and its own private door leading to
the lanai). Not yet ready for sleeping? Then, why not enjoy some
TV, or a DVD on the DVD player in your Master Suite? We provide a
large selection of popular DVDs to choose from.
The first of our two guest bedrooms is furnished in tropical motif,
with a queen size bed, TV / VCR combination, and a full bathroom
that it shares with the second guest bedroom. And, of course, high
ceilings and a ceiling fan (in addition to central air conditioning)
complete this beautiful guest room.
Perfect for when children are in your party, or easily pushed
together for "couples" sleeping. High ceiling with fan, of
course! After all, ceiling fans really do add to that relaxed
Florida feeling. The gentle breeze is so calming at nighttime, even
though the house temperature is always comfortable with the
adjustable central air and heating system. Sony Play Station with
games is included for your enjoyment!
Whether you enter Beach Haven's lanai from the 8 foot fully
retracting sliding glass doors in the large dining room, from the 6
foot high sliding Master Bedroom glass doors, or from the Master
Bedroom's private bath, you won't want to leave once you are on it!
This lanai is fully stocked for your relaxation, and has a GREAT
WIDE AND LONG WATER VIEW!
The electrically heated pool and spa are always the right
temperature because you can set them to what makes you comfortable.
(There is even a rollaway pool cover to preserve the heat in the
cooler evenings from January through March.) We provide the pool
toys, pool floats, and beach towels! So whether you want to relax
in one of our lanai lounge chairs, eat at the outside dining table,
bar-b-que your "catch-of-the-day" on the gas grille, sip a margarita
at the poolside bar, or play in the pool, everything you will need
is waiting at Beach Haven. (You won't even have to go in the house
for a bathroom break. Beach Haven has an extra 1/2 bath located on
the lanai - in addition to the two full baths inside the house!)
The lanai is even equipped with a built in audio system and
television so you can play your favorite music or watch your
favorite TV program while the kiddies swim. Sun! Sun! Sun! This
lanai gets it most of the day as you can see from these pictures!
Yes, you can fish from your own dock when you stay at Beach Haven!
Or, if you prefer, you can rent a boat from one of the many boat
rental companies on Marco Island and dock it right in your own
backyard! You buy the bait and tackle, and we'll have the fishing
poles waiting! With running water and lights, Beach Haven's dock is
ready to assist in any way that you desire, morning or evening.
