New 1600 s.f., three bedroom, two bath home in the Bullhead
City/Laughlin area. This home is in the Desert Foothills Community
development off of Bullhead Parkway and Desert Foothills Parkway.
Vacation Rental Amenities
Master bedroom includes a Queen size bed and private bathroom with
seperate shower and soaking tub. Other bedrooms are furnished with
one queen size bed in one room and two full beds in the third room.
House is nicely furnished with central A/C, heating and ceiling
fans. The kitchen includes full-size refrigerator with ice maker,
microwave, oven/stove, toaster oven, dish washer, coffee maker,
blender and large kitchen table. All cooking and eating utensils
are available. Also included are towels and linens, as well as, a
full size washer and dryer. The family room has a 32" TV, DVD/CD
player, stereo system and Direct TV service including HBO, Cinemax,
Showtime, Starz, Encore and many more premium channels (NFL Sunday
Ticket™ during Season), and Token Slot Machine in the kitchen. The
master bedroom also is equipped with a 27" TV with the same Direct
Tv Service.
There is a covered patio and gas barbecue in the backyard.
Monthly Pest Control Service ensures no unwanted vacationers with
your stay.
There is also Wireless High Speed Internet Service available with a
