Highland Woods Golf & Country Club in Bonita Springs

Highland Woods is a guarded, gated community less than 5 miles to
the beach and walking distance to shopping. Our 2 bdr, 2bth condo is
completely furnished and is on the 1st floor and overlooking the 1st
fairway. There is ample storage and protected parking.
Within 1 mile there are several restaurants including Bonefish
Grill, Big Al's Sports Bar, Carrabas, Bennegans and others. We are
about 3 miles to the largest and newest outdoor mall in America,
Coconut Mall.
This is a no smoking rental.

The 18 hole championship golf course designed & built by noted
architect, Gordon Lewis. With 5 tee positions, the course can
accomodate the novice as well as the accomplished player. There are
4 lighted tennis courts, pro shop, fitness center, 7 pools,
beautiful clubhouse with casual and fine dining. State of the Art Bocce courts were added in May, 2009. Our condo is a
short walk to all of the above. We are close
to the beaches (less than 5 miles)and shopping and about 20 minutes
to Ft.Myers airport.

Highland Woods is an active community. Golf,  tennis, Bocce, Biking, Swimming, fitness center & Walking are available to all. There are 7 pools, of which the
main pool offers daily water aerobics and includes a Jacuzzi. There
are many clubs including Bridge, poker, knitting, jewlery making
Pilates, etc.

Rental rate depends on length and time of year. 
May-November $1200 per month for continuous rental.

September-December 2008, $2200 per month. All months in 2010 are available and early reservations are encouraged.

Jan., Feb., March, 2009 are $3000 per
month. April, 2010 is $2500.
We will consider discounts for long term lease.
There is a member transfer fee of $300, payable to Highland Woods
for use of golf course, tennis courts, swimming pools, fitness
center, Bocce courts, locker room & clubhouse. 11% tax applies (6& county,5%
state).
