Vacation Rental Description

Enjoy your morning coffee on our balcony with a direct Oceanfront  
panorama and the gorgeous sunrise!  Watch the dolphins play! Or take  
a walk along the white sandy beach.  Voted the Best Family Beach by  
the Travel Channel. Activities abound and just plain relaxing is  
available for your enjoyment.  There is an exercise trail adjacent  
to the beach. 
 
Located in beautiful Ocean Forest Plaza, our guests can enjoy the  
many amenities including two seasonally heated pools--one outdoor  
(just steps to the beach) and one indoor, a relaxing jacuzzi, a  
sauna, or a steam room.  Ocean Forest Plaza offers a great breakfast  
buffet in the oceanfront restaurant and evening cocktails are served  
to your liking in the sports bar.  Vending machines, ATM, outdoor  
grill are available.  24 hour security is present. Covered parking  
is  
available free of charge. 
 
The living room features new nautical artwork with a cable TV and  
DVD  
player.  There is a balcony starring a fantastic panoramic view of  
the beach and ocean directly in front of you! The balcony with  
chairs  
and table afford a great place to enjoy the best view possible of  
the  
beach and ocean. 
 
Our large 1-bedroom condo features two double sized beds and a  
vanity  
sink with a large mirror separate from the full bath.  The bedroom  
also has a cable TV. A comfortable queen sleeper sofa with new  
mattress allows additional sleeping space.  We provide an initial  
supply of bed and bath linens for your convenience.  Should you wish  
to wash and reuse these during your stay, there are several coin- 
operated laundry rooms located throughout the building.  We also  
include the departure cleaning for you. 
 
A fully equipped kitchen (stove, refrigerator with icemaker,  
dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, crock pot, and all the  
necessary pots and pans, dishes, and utensils) provides a great  
place  
to cook gourmet meals unless, of course, you want to enjoy Myrtle  
Beach's famous restaurants.

Amenities include air conditioning, covered parking, additional  
offstreet parking,3 elevators, initial supply of linens, 2 double  
beds, queen sofa bed, two cable TVs, DVD/CD player, comfortable  
rocking chairs on the balcony, two folding beach chairs, beach  
umbrella,boogey board, resort has outdoor pool just steps from the  
beach, indoor pool with jacuzzi adjacent.  Condo has full kitchen  
with stove, refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, microwave,  
crock  
pot, all the pots and pans, dishes, and utensils.  Resort offers  
charcoal BBQ grill. There is wi-fi in the lobby and dial-up  
connection in the condo.  Telephone with free local calls. Laundry  
facilities in building.  ATM in lobby.  DVD rentals in lobby. Kid  
friendly.  Minimum age for renters.  NO pets.  NO smoking.  No  
motorcycles or trailers are allowed in the parking lots.

Activities on premises or nearby include swimming, golf, mini golf,  
exercise trail, beach fishing, fishing pier, snorkeling, jet skiing,  
hiking, boating, movie theaters, live theaters, children's  
playground, water parks, shopping, antiquing, and Myrtle Beach is  
home to a professional baseball team.
