$200 cleaning fee.
$500 Refundable Security Deposit required for day rentals and
$700.00 for Weekly Bookings. (Refundable within 14 days after
vacating property). Deposits for Holidays or longer terms will be higher.

ALL FUNDS ARE TO BE PAID 14 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL.
Rental Contracts are required and will be Emailed after Deposit or

REFUND POLICY:
$100.00 Cancellation Fee will be Charged.
60 Days or More Prior to Arrival -- All Money (except cancellation
fee) will be Refunded.
31 to 59 Days Prior to arrival - 1/2 Money Refunded.
30 Days or Less -- All money Forfieted.
