Vacation Rental Description

As you walk through the front door to this stunning villa you will  
notice a large living area and kitchen which are open planned, there  
are four bedrooms, two of which have kingsized beds and on-suites,  
the other two have twin beds and share a bathroom. There are doors  
that will lead you out to the, large private south facing, swimming  
pool both in the living room and in the master bedroom. Ceiling fans  
are in all rooms for your convienience and the villa is fully air  
conditioned.

Vacation Rental Amenities

This home has everything that you could possibly want to enjoy your  
stay.  
The living area has a Hifi, TV, a DVD player, cable with DVR  
recorder  
and wireless internet access and local telephone calls. 
Well equiped kitchen i.e kettle, toaster, sandwich maker, and much  
more.  
The master bedroom has a kingsized bed large walk in closet with an  
on-suite bathroom and walk in shower, this room also has cable TV  
and  
a telephone. 
2nd master bedroom has a kingsized bed a large closet, this room  
also  
has cable TV, a DVD player, video player and a telephone. 
3rd bedroom has twin beds, large closet, TV and DVD player 
4th bedroom has twin beds, large closet, TV and DVD player 
there is a bathroom between the 3rd bedroom and the 4th, each  
bathroom is fully furnished with towels and hair dryers. 
Laundry room with full size washing machine and tumble dryer, all

Vacation Rental Rates

low season  $100 per night (jan,feb,nov,dec) 
mid season  $110 per night (march,april,may,june,sept,oct) 
high season $120 per night (july,august) 
holidays    $130 per night (easter,christmas,new year)  
pool heat is $25 dollars per day + tax min charge $100.00, 
stays of 4 nights or less add $10.00 per night plus a $85.00 
cleaning fee all above price do not include 13% florida sales tax  
security deposit  of $250.00 will be required and will be returned  
after rental period providing no damage has been caused.
