Large Walk-In Closet with plenty of storage space and cedar hangers for your clothes.

For the little ones, we offer 2 Pack & Play Portable Cribs with all sheets and blankets & High Chair/Booster Seat.

Bedrooms two and three, located upstairs also offer luxurious queen pillow top mattress Beds with quality bedding. Fourth bedroom/Office, located upstairs is furnished with a desk, chair, fax machine, printer, scanner, 22" Flat Screen HD LCD Television, DVD/VCR Player, Queen size Futon with Coiled Spring Mattress & Queen Size inflatable mattress (very comfortable coming from someone with major back problems) with extra pillows, sheets and blankets. All Bedrooms offer plenty of closet space to hang your clothes (hangers provided) and storage.

Relax in the Living Room on the leather La-z Boy Reclining Sofa or Love Seat, watch the 37" Flat Screen LCD High Definition Television, DVD/VCR Player Combo with various DVD's for your enjoyment or Card & Board Games. Or enjoy a romantic evening in front of the flames from the wonderful Electric Fireplace, with or without heat.

Upstairs Tiled Bathroom has His & Her sinks as well and tub/shower combination with a crescent shaped shower rod to keep that curtain away.

For bookings less than 30 days before arrival, only a credit card payment will be accepted. Stays longer than a month,  payment would be due on the 1st of each month following the first 30 days.

Rates:

$250 night (3 night minimum or add $50 per night for 2 night stays), plus $125 Departure Cleaning Fee & $59 Property Damage Protection Insurance.

$1700 a week, plus $125 Departure Cleaning Fee & $59 Property Damage Protection Insurance.

$2800 per month (based on 30 days)

Included in Rental Fee above for Monthly Stays is All Furnishings including linens,  bi Monthly House Cleaning, Weekly Yard Maintenance, Property Damage Protection Insurance and use of all Amenities.  We pay all utilities including Electric, Water, Internet, Phone, Dish Network TV, Use of Water Park Facilities

$2200 per month for terms of 3 months or longer
