$999 /Wintermonth A Kid's Kingdom - 100 steps to the Ocean in Surfside Beach

A Kid's Kingdom: 2 Bedroom / 2 Bath Beach house 1/2 block from the
beach with a full screened in porch with ocean views (you can also
hear the waves). Spongebob Kid's Suite, Spongebob bathroom, Air
hockey / Foosball table, electric dart board, Nintendo 64 with
plenty of games, Satellite TV, 3 TV's which play either VHS or
DVD's, board games, Outside basketball goal, outside shower to rinse
off from the beach. There is a huge screened in porch under the
house for the kids to play & there are several concrete areas for
kids to ride skateboards, rollerblade or make use of their "Heelys".
Huge family room has 3 couches (one queen sleeper sofa).

Master bedroom: King size bed, Queen slize sleeper sofa & Satellite
TV
Master Bath: Is huge and Hawaiian themed!

Spongebob Suite: Queen bed & 2 twin bunks, Satellite TV, Nintendo
64 with lots of games, electronic dart board (views of intercoastal
waterway)

Oct - Feb $999/ Winter month plus electric (water, cable, taxes & cleaning included)
September to May- Weekends (3 nts) = $399 Fri - Mon
September to May- Weekdays (4 nts) = $399 Mon - Fri
September to May- Week (7nts) = $500
June to August weekly (Fri to Fri OR Sat to Sat)= $1099
June to August weekday or weekend = $599
