Our charming "Villa Tuscany", built in 2006 is located in a central,
nevertheless quiet and beautiful neighbourhood, directly in
the "Heart" of Cape Coral. With 2,000 sqft. under air, 3 Bedroom, 2
Bathroom, a spacious and open Dining-and Livingroom as well as the
Gourmet-Kitchen w/Bar and Breakfast-Nook that has a beautiful view to
the pool and lanai, "Villa Tuscany" has it all to make you feel right
at home. Because of its unique architecture, including the beautiful
courtyard where the pool and the jacuzzi are located, this domicil is
the perfect destination for an unforgettable vacation. Surrounded
with tropical plants and palm-trees the pool-and jacuzzi-area is a
true oasis and invites you to relaxe and suntan year arround.
The mother-in-law suite is a luxurious, seperate guest suite that
sleeps 2 Person, has its own bathroom and access to the poolarea.
Villa Tuscany may be rented with or without the suite.
Within walking-distance you can reach the Eco-Park where you can
explore the tropical waterways by Kanu and watch the tropical
wildlife and hundreds of tropical plants or enjoy your daily exercise
by jogging or walking thru this beautiful Eco-Preserve.
The worlds famous beaches of Sanibel Island, Captiva Island and Fort
Myers Beach can conveniently be reached by car or by boat. A boat may
be rented from us, we have great daily and weekly rates and it's
located on a canal within walking-distance from the "Villa Tuscany".
Whether you like shopping, fine Restaurants, Golfing, Tennis,
Fishing, any kind of water-sports or just enjoy nature pur,
everything is only minutes away from "Villa Tuscany".
