Vacation Rental Description

We are located on Alii Dr. right across from Kahaluu Beach park,the  
best snorkeling and surfing spot on the island. The condo sleeps 4-6  
persons(w/ the sleeper sofa),has a full length lanai with an ocean  
view, newly remodeled kitchen and bathrooms with granite  
countertops, travertine  
floors, and custom tile and granite shower and tub enclosures. The  
condo complex (we are one of eight in the building) has a pool and  
barbeque area that has an unobscured view of the bay across the  
street and is a perfect spot to watch the famous Kona sunsets.

Vacation Rental Amenities

The condo is equipped with cable TV, CD and DVD players.The  
building is also equipped with wireless internet access. 
The kitchen is equipped with a new electric stove,new  
microwave,refrigerator,dishwasher,blender,toaster,coffee maker and  
all necessary utensils and cookware. 
We have our own laundry room adjacent to the kitchen with full size  
new washer and dryer, and ironing board.

Activities and Attractions

We are located at one of the best spots on Alii Dr. with Kahaluu  
Bay being right across the street.There are surfboard rentals and  
surfing lessons as well as snorkeling gear rentals at the beach park  
for your convenience. We are about 4 miles from downtown Kailua-Kona  
to the north and about a half mile from Keauhou Shopping Center to  
the south that has restaurants, movie theatre,supermarket,Longs  
Drugs,and Ace Hardware. We have a Wal-Mart,Safeway,Lowes in  
town,Costco and Home Depot by the airport and numerous great  
restaurants in Kailua-Kona including Huggos and Huggos on the  
Rocks,Bubba Gump Shrimp Co., Hooters,coming soon, Big Island Grill, 
Hard Rock Cafe,OutBack Steakhouse and many many more that you'll  
just have to try for yourself.

Vacation Rental Rates

$170.00/Day (3-4 day stay) 
$160.00/Day (5-6 day stay) 
$995.00/week 
This includes up to 4 persons, extra persons $20.00/Day  
each,regardless of age 
$200.00 Refundable security deposit 
$75.00 cleaning fee 
11.42% Hawaii excise and room tax

$200.00 minimum deposit to reserve. 
Payment in full due 30 days prior to arrival date. 
3 day minimum stay,6 day minimum if scheduled 60 days or more in  
advance. 
Cancellation 30 days in advance- all monies received will be refunded 
minus $50.00 processing fee for 30 day or less stay; $100.00 for  
more than 30 days stay. 
Cancellations less than 30 days in advance- all monies received will  
be refunded if able to subsequently book the time minus applicable  
processing fee.
