You'll enjoy staying at this lovely, newer, tastefully decorated, 2
story cedar home with 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, and 2 stone fireplaces (1
fireplace in greatroom; 1 in master bedroom). It's nestled in a
tranquil area with a fantastic mountain view (see photo below of
mountain view taken from wraparound deck), and is conveniently
located 20 minutes from downtown, Asheville, 15 minutes from the
Biltmore House and Gardens/Winery, 15 minutes from the Asheville
Airport, 10 minutes from the Blue Ridge Parkway, and 20 minutes from
Hendersonville, NC, and Black Mountain, NC.
This meticulous home has hardwood floors, Berber carpet, and a
wraparound deck. The large master bedroom (queen bed) and bath are on
the 2nd floor with a stone, gas fireplace and French doors leading to
a private deck. The other 2 bedrooms (one with queen; one with twin
beds) are located on the main floor. There is also a new queen
sleeper sofa in the greatroom.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all major appliances and
dishwasher... all the conveniences of home. The great room / kitchen
/ dining area has a cathedral ceiling and stone fireplace and
triple French doors opening to the wraparound deck which is furnished
with outdoor table, chairs, 2-person glider, and gas BBQ grill. Two
(2) Cable TVs, stereo/CD player, and VCR and DVD player are
provided... and there is
a utility room with washer and dryer. Linens are furnished. You only
bring paper products, and soap/laundry detergents.
