Two bedroom house keeping cottage. One bedroom has two queen beds.
Second bedroom has Double bed. Initial set up for bed linens and towels provided.
Bathroom has shower only. No tub. Sleeps 6, children included.
Full eat in kitchen with gas stove and frost free refrigerator.
Dishes, glasses silverware and very basic pots and pans provided.

PLEASE NOTE. Cottages are not  available for group rentals.  Rentals are restricted to family rentals only.   Immediate family members only. ( parents and children etc. )

SECOND cottage ( 2 bedroom 1 bath sleeps 5 available for family rentals. The two cottages can sleep up to  11 people)

Wall unit air conditioner in the living room. Cable TV. Large front
porch overlooking mountains. Wireless internet available. Located just south of exit 21  off route 9 ( Canada St/ Lake George RD.) 

Located on the trolly line.  BBQ grills ( gas and charcoal)  available for use.

Just south of Lake George Village. Great Escape park and Queensbury
shopping outlet 2 miles south. Please note maximum occupancy of SIX
people INCLUDING  children for the cottage pictured. 
PLEASE NOTE. The cottages being offered are HOUSEKEEPING cottages.
NO daily maid service available without advance notice. Maid service provided for $10.00 per hour if requested.

Off Season - April 15th to May 31st  and September 5 to October 15th. Two bedroom cottage sleeps six---- 3 night rental $300 plus tax. Weekly $600 no tax.

 Off Season- April 15th to May 31st,  and September 5 to October 15th. Two bedroom cottage sleeps five---3 night rental $275  plus tax. WEEKLY $550 no Tax.

In Season - June 1st to September 4th Two bedroom cottage sleeps six---3 night rental $450 plus tax. Weekly $900 no tax.

In Season- June 1st to September 4th Two bedroom cottage sleeps 5----3 night rental $425 plus tax. Weekly $850 no tax.

Three Night  Min Rental  Required  For  In  Season  Weekend Reservations  Payment required at time of booking. Please respect max occupancy.             

 Mastercard and Visa accepted. 1/2 of rental required as a deposit for WEEKLY rentals.

 FULL PAYMENT  required at time of booking for 3 day rentals that involve weekends

Cancellations require a 4 week notice for  full return of deposits. If I am able to re rent the property for the same dates with no loss of income, refunds would then become available with less than 4 weeks notice. Please ask questions if this is not clearly understood.  Thanks for your understanding.
