Two bedroom house keeping cottage. One bedroom has one queen bed and one king bed.
Second bedroom has Double bed. Initial set up for bed linens Towels are NOT provided
Bathroom has shower only. No tub. Sleeps 6, children included.
Full eat in kitchen with gas stove and frost free refrigerator.
Dishes, glasses silverware and cooking utensils provided.  Very basic pots and pans .

SECOND cottage ( 2 bedroom 1 bath sleeps 5 , The two cottages can sleep up to  11 people)

Cottage 3. Studio. sleeps 4. Kitchen, bath, porch

All units have an  air conditioner in the living room. Cable TV. Front
porchs . Located just south of exit 21  off route 9 ( Canada St/ Lake George RD.) 

Located on the trolly line.  BBQ grills ( gas and charcoal)  available for use.portable fire pits available for use

 PLEASE NOTE .  for the courtesy and comfort of the guests following you. The  cooking of  foods and  spices that are strong in odor are prohibitited from being used  inside the cottages. ( fish and curry as examples) Thank you for your understanding.

Just south of Lake George Village. Great Escape park and Queensbury
shopping outlet 2 miles south. Please note maximum occupancy of SIX
people INCLUDING  children for the 2 bedroom cottages and FOUR for the studio. 
PLEASE NOTE. The cottages being offered are Housekeeping cottages.
NO daily maid service available without advance notice. Maid service provided for $12.00 per hour if requested.

Weekly Cottage Rates  Rentals are 4pm Sat to 10 am Sat

( Studio cottage  for three or four guests, Two queen beds, $600 per week, plus tax,  kitchen and sitting area)

(2  bedroom cottage for four or five guests $800 per week plus tax ) Two bedrooms.livingroom and eat in kitchen

( 2 bedroom cottage for up to six guests $850 per week plus tax) two bedrooms  Livingroom and eat in kitchen

Three Night  Min Rental  Required  For off  Season  Reservations  Payment required at time of booking. Please respect max occupancy.             

 Mastercard and Visa accepted. 1/2 of rental required as a deposit for WEEKLY rentals.

 FULL PAYMENT  for off season nightly rentals requires payment at time of booking.

Cancellations require a 4 week notice for  full return of deposits. If I am able to re rent the property for the same dates with no loss of income, refunds would then become available with less than 4 weeks notice. Please ask questions if this is not clearly understood.  Thanks for your understanding.
