The Setting:

A quaint cottage efficiency perfect to get away!  "Glen Island" is a great quiet escape in Lake George.  Located in a peaceful cottage community right off Rt. 9.  Named after the Lake George State Islands, Glen is located 1/2 mile south of exit 21, in a quiet neighborhood on a dead end street and conveniently located midway between Lake George Village strip and the Great Escape Park and Outlets.  

Glen Island is a small efficiency cottage with a kitchenette including a cook-top, refridgerator, microwave and coffee maker.  The 2 bedrooms have full size beds and there is a small living room area with flat-screen tv and pull out futon.  Bathroom with shower etc.  Also along with this cottage is a front porch, picnic table, propane grill and firepit to enjoy the nice cool nights.

Also included with the cottage is  AC, WIFI, and Cable. 

HIKING/BIKING ENTHUSIASTS
One of the best amenities is that "The Nook" is located across the street from the Lake George Bike trail.  Head north for a fifteen minute ride to take a dip in Million Dollar Beach or head south to the historic "Feeder Canal".  Start the day with a  hike along the same path.

Accessability

Located just off of Route 9, we are just 2 miles from Million Dollar Beach in Lake George Village and 2 Miles from the Factory Outlets.  With the bike trail across the street and trolley access at the end of our street, it's the perfect spot!  Truly, the best kept secret in town!

We are happy to provide the unit with cookware, flatware and furnishings (including microwave, toaster and coffee maker).  Along with this there is an AC, WIFI, Cable, outdoor grill, picnic table and firepit.

Linen Policy. Pillows and comforters will be provided, but for your own comfort, we request you bring your own linens (sheets and towels).

Cleaning policy: Please leave cottages in the condition in which you found it.  (cleaning supplies provided)  There is a dumpster located on the premises along with recycling bins.  Please leave all garbage in dumpster. 

Deposit  A $250 down payment is required for all weekly rentals, and $500 down payment for all monthly rentals.

2 Miles North to Million Dollar Beach, 2 Miles South to Lake George Factory Outlets and the Great Escape Amusement Park.  An ideal location to do it all!

$495/wk

$1500/month

A $250 deposit is required upfront for all weekly reservations and a $500 deposit is required upfront for all monthly rentals.
