Pick this Home!! I promise you'll be happy! Welcome to our wonderful 
home located next to the mountain preserve with views of the desert. 
Large family home locate close to all Phoenix has to offer! 
Home is over 3200 square feet. I made sure that home has everything 
you will need to be comfortable. Quality was a must in this home!
Home includes 3 large furnished bedrooms and 2 family rooms.
Master bedroom is downstair and includes king bed with great 
sheets!!  a large bathroom with a seperate tub and shower. 
Upstairs is a large loft with family room, TV,  a foozeball table 
and electronic baseball game. Home has 2 bedrooms upstairs and both 
have queen size beds. 4th bedroom has been turned into a small gym. 
Features large landry room with washer and dryer. Comes with full 
kitchen, towels, linens, 3 TVs, DVD, basic cable and anything else 
you may need. Includes office with a computer, high speed internet 
and a printer.  Backyard has covered patio and includes a BBQ grill. 
Home includes a 2 car garage. Home is close to desert and has 
wonderful mountain views.

Vacation Rental Amenities

 This home is off of Deer Valley and 115th ave in the north west 
corner of the town of Peoria. It is close to the towns of Sun City, 
Surprise, Glendale and Phoenix. This home is located within 10 miles 
from Peoria Sports Complex and the Surprise Statuim which are great 
for seeing spring training games. The home is located 20 miles from 
the new Cardinal and Coyote arena. Located close to the 101 and 303 
freeways. Home is about 30 miles frome Sky Harbor Airport. Shopping 
and grocery stores are less than 5 minutes from home. Arrowhead Mall 
and fine dining areas are 10 miles from home.  
Easy access to freeway that take you to the Grand Canyon, located 4 
hours from home and  Sedona, located 2 hours away. A wonderful 
jumping off point to see all Arizona has to offer.

Activities and Attractions

This wonderful home is located close to family parks, basketball and 
tennis courts. 5 Golf Courses located within 10 miles. Super Bowl is a 20 munute drive.
 Spring training is only a 15 minute drive away. Phoenix International 
Raceway is a 30 minute drive. Close to hiking, horse back riding, 
mountain climbing. Mountain and desert views are all around you. 
Lake Pleasant is only 15 minutes from home and you can rent boats, 
jet skis, water ski, & swim.

Vacation Rental Rates

Jan-March $2800 per month April-Oct $1900 per month Nov.-Dec. $2300 
per month or anytime April-Oct for $700 a week. The home is only 
available for a weekly rent from April till October.                
Includes all utilities, 
basic cable TV and high speed internet.  Requires 
cleaning deposit of $150 which is non 
refundable and pet deposit of $150 which is also non refundable. All 
rent to be paid 45 days in advance of move-in.
