Cabin Rental near Payson Arizona in Payson

A quaint 2 bedroom... #1 has tall queen bed, #2 has 3 single beds one is a hide a way sissor bed- 1 bath open concept kitchen/livingroom with
large fireplace. In the beautiful Tonto forest with nearby views of
the Mogollon Rim. Direct access to hiking/4 wheeler trails. East
Verde river flows nearby with fishing/wading and swimming holes.
Hike to the nearby waterfalls or venture to the Natural Bridge( pine area).
Shop in the quaint shops in the town of Payson 7 miles away or enjoy
the abundant resturants and night life. Payson has the longest
running rodeo.

This is a quiet community and you are expected to respect your neighbors.  No over night visitors any violations and you will be told to leave NO EXCEPTIONS!!Occupancy is strictly enforced.

NOTE: There is a eden pure heater in the cabin and a a wall heater in the
bathroom and a wood buring fire place in the livingroom (wood is supplied).
Washer/Dryer, stove top burners, fridge/ice maker, outside built in
barbeque, dishes and linens, microwave, coffee maker, hot/cold
running water, basic satelite TV, outdoor patio set with 6 chairs.

There is an outside fire pit for your use but only when fires are permitted. 

Walk/fish along the East Verde river, hike to nearby waterfalls, visit
the old Waterwheel, Natural bridge, Payson Town Lake which are all
nearby. The small towns of Strawberry and Pine are within a 15-20
mile drive. Tour the nearby Fish Hatchery. Drive the beautiful
Mogollon Rim road, stop along the way and see spectacular views and
the rim country lakes. Enjoy horseback riding at nearby Kohl's
Ranch. Bring your 4 wheeler and explore the many trails (fire
season permitting) surrounding the cabin area. Enjoy the warm days and cooler nights.

Note:  the waterfalls at the water wheel camp ground maybe clsoed due to the fire last September.

Deposit $250.00 week
$500.00 month

Per night rentals if available upon request. $135.00 - 150.00 per night.
A confirmation will be sent when deposit has been received.

NOTE: Cancellations must be given 30 days prior to arrival or you forfit
your full deposit. A partcial refund MAYBE given at the disgression
of owner.
