Cute 2 bedroom, 2 bath beachside condo for rent in family-friendly New
Smyrna Beach. Literally steps away from the no-drive beach, with a
large pool (heated during winter months) and a kiddie pool.

This unit has a partial view to the beach (see photos). Relax on the
balcony on new furniture and enjoy the ocean view, or watch the kids
swim in the generously sized pool.

Also, if you are into NASA, you get a very good view of launches from
our beach. Check out the NASA website for launch schedules and stay
for the whole week in case of launch delays!

The main living space is appointed with a sleeper sofa, 26 inch
television, DVD/VCR combo, dinette, and the kitchen is fully outfitted
with dishes & cookware, as well as NEW stove, microwave, and refrigerator.

Bedroom 1 has a queen bed and private full-sized bath. Furnished with
new shaker-style bedroom suite and linens, this bedroom also has a 19
inch TV with cable.

Bedroom 2 has 2 twin beds for the younger family members, or push them
together to make a king bed. This bedroom also has a 19 inch TV in
the armoire (without cable).

The second bath is also full sized and in the main hall for use by
all. And if you find you can't get away from technology for your
entire stay, Point East now provides reliable WiFi for community
guests. BBQ grill and covered outdoor dining available for your use
as well.

Regular rates for 2009:

We typically rent from Saturday to Saturday. We will make exceptions
when scheduling permits. However, in high season this may not be
possible.

Deposit due upon reservation. We take personal checks (must clear
before confirmed), certified check or money order, or PayPal.

$200 refundable security deposit is also due upon reservation, and may
not be applied to rental fee.

Additional $85 cleaning fee.
