With the beach access path directly across the street, you can begin
your day with a early morning stroll on the beach. Depending on the
tide, you have between 50 to 100 yards of beach to enjoy. After
breakfast, set up the included beach umbrella and chairs and settle in
for the day.
In the evening, you are only minutes away from world-class
restaurants on neighboring Sullivan's Island, off Shem Creek, or in
Charleston. When you've had too much sun, take a day to shop
downtown for handmade, Gullah sea grass baskets and the latest
fashions, or take in the antebellum beauty of the Battery. And don't
forget a day trip to the yesteryear plantations of Boone Hall,
Middleton Place, and Drayton Hall. For golfers, the Tom Fazio-
designed courses of Wild Dunes are just up-island. Twenty other area
courses also await you, including Kiawah Island's famed Ocean
Course, 1991 host of the Ryder Cup, and future host of the 2012 PGA

Winter rates are negotiable depending on length of stay, number of occupants and other factors. We will work with you to make your stay possible. However, we do not rent for less than a week. Tax added  for the week is $161 on $1400 week. Cleaning Fee of $100.00 is non-negotiable. That is just what our cleaning service charges, we do not make any extra on it. It is extremely reasonable.
