Our recently constructed  Veranda condo is nestled between the
lush tropical rainforest and the first hole of the beautiful
LaIguana 18 hole championship eco-golf course, where wildlife
abounds! 

It's location is perfect for accessing the entire resorts amenities,
yet private and secluded. You have access to, and are less than a 5
minute walk to the private 3 million dollar beach club with swim up
bar, infinity and 'kiddie' pool. Or enjoy any of the 6 freeform
pools with jacuzzi's and bath houses or air conditioned gymnasium within the gated Veranda Residences. You can take a stroll to the 200 slip marina and
marina village, golf course, casino or spa within the Marriott Hotel
or one of 11+ restaurants/bars.

Your journey begins when you arrive in San Jose's Juan Santamaria
International Airport (SJO). Ground transportation will take you
through breathtaking scenery if you can plan arrival during daylight. 
For approximately one hour and fifteen minutes(due to the opening of the new highway)  you will meander the Costa Rican countryside before arriving in Los Suenos. We can assist you with airport ground transporation.

Step into our beautifully appointed second floor condo and make
yourself at home. Whether you are a golfer, on your honeymoon,
enjoy sportfishing, or just out for fun in the sun, you will
have all comforts of home, and services available to pamper you!

Accommodations include central air,a king bed in the master bedroom with 27" TV and DVD, giant custom made built in armoire with closet and dresser (and luggage storage), safe deposit box, and bathroom with an oversized shower. A queen mattress sleeper sofa in the living area is offered for an extra guest or children, along with dresser drawer space for clothes. The living area also has a built in 42" LCD TV and wireless internet service so you can stay in touch. The gourmet kitchen features stainless steel appliances, disposal, large pass through window to the covered patio bar and is fully stocked with small appliances and cooking utensils. Custom lighting, imported ceramic
tiled floors and countertops, tropical ceiling fans and decor
combined with custom wood cabinetry and some locally handcrafted
exotic wood furniture balance with the lush tropical landscape.

Dining options are abundant. Choose from various cuisine offerings
within Los Suenos and the Marriott Hotel, local 'Tico Style' dining
on the beach front just outside the main gate, or a 10 minute taxi
ride to the beach and surf town of Jaco. In Jaco, restaurants, bars
and nightlife are plentiful. Dining in? You can phone in a grocery
order or room service from the Marriott, Hook Up Bar and other
establishments for delivery right to your door.
