"Starfish" is a fantastic beach cottage with an open floor plan and a wrap around 2nd floor balcony. Walk to the beach about 120 yards!  It is furnished nicely and decorated with a designer's touch! Silestone counters, upgraded Legacy white cabinets, and stainless steel appliances in the kitchen. 18" tile throughout the living area kitchen, and bathrooms. Wirelss internet!  Other features include 9 - 10 foot ceilings and sound proof insulation between the floors. Beach Retreat is a gated community with only 24 cottages just across the street from the beach. It's a very short walk to a private beach access with over 300 feet of beach frontage! The neighborhood has brick paver streets lined with colorful Florida Cottages, professional landscaping, and a huge 3000 sq ft pool with a club house, sun deck, and BBQ grills! Conveniently located to Destin Commons Mall and all other activities! Silver Sands Outlet Mall is close too! Sleeps up to 10 with at least 4 children!  There are 2 King beds, 4 bunk beds (2 twins & 2 full size beds designed for children), and a queen sleeper sofa.  We manage other rentals too!  Please call or email us for details!
