take pride in our condo and renovated it to our own high standards.
Everyone loves the king-size bed, and the living room has a Simmons queen-size sofa/sleeper. You'll appreciate the wood flooring in the living area, quality carpeting in the bedroom, soothing colors, complete kitchen essentials, and excellent bedding.
     Walk five minutes through the grounds from this spacious (687 sq ft)
oceanside condo directly to the wide, sandy beach that this particular
part of St. Augustine is famous for. No other Florida beach is better.
     Our unit's easy in-and-out first floor location has wide doorways and an extra-large bathroom.  To keep our condo as fresh as possible, we maintain a no-pets and no-smoking policy. 
     We offer special discounts for our Military (active, retired, or disabled veterans) and for Seniors (60 and over).
     There are several popular restaurants within walking distance, a nice bonus.
     St. Augustine Beach on beautiful Anastasia Island. What a great
place to call home as you visit our nation's oldest city!

     Want some variety besides our beautiful beach? See the Alligator
Farm (it's more than reptiles!), the St. Augustine Lighthouse, and
Anastasia State Park. Take a 10-minute drive to historic St.
Augustine (too many attractions to list here).
     Restaurants and grocery stores are nearby. No shortage of
opportunities for great food! The Wine Warehouse is only two
blocks north; best prices and great selection. And be sure to check
out our library (open Tues-Sat), a short ride north on A1A
at "A" Street in Seagrove Town Center.
     Visit the Saturday Market (8:30am-12:30pm) for great seafood,
produce, baked goods, crafts and specialty items, while you enjoy
the sounds of local musicians at the site of our island's terrific 
Ampitheatre on Anastasia Blvd (A1A). A similar market is held on
Wednesday mornings at Pier Park on A1A Beach Blvd.
     Jacksonville and Ponte Vedra Beach are about an hour's drive north;
Daytona Beach is a little closer south. It's only a 2-hour drive to
Disney World, and 2 1/2 hours to Cape Canaveral and the Kennedy
Space Center. Fort Matanzas guards St. Augustine's "back door."
And Marineland (just 15 minutes south) boasts a wonderful dolphin
tank.
     If you're a golfer, there are several courses in the vicinity,
including Sawgrass in Ponte Vedra Beach, home of The Players
Championship. The County's public course is only 15 minutes away.
