This First Floor unit has Pergo Floors with 2 wall A/C - Heat units. One in the living area and one in the bedroom. The bedroom has a ceiling fan with a queen size bed, 20" flat screen TV and closet.

The Kitchen/Living area is supplied with dished, pots, coffee maker, toaster, blender. There is a full size microwave and oven with a ceramic cooktop and a stainless steel refrigerator.

Pillows and blankets are provided. You supply your bed linens, beach and bath towels.

Living area has a 40" wall mounted flat screen TV with a DVD Player. There is a pull out sofa (double) bed and round table that seats 4.

Wireless Internet provided.  You will need to bring your wireless device.

Outside the unit are 2 chairs and a small round table. Vacuum, iron and ironing board are provided for your use.
