TV with local cable, VCR with movies, DVD player with movies, CD player, dining room with table and chairs and breakfast bar, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, stove,refrigerator, microwave, coffee-maker,toaster,dishes,pots and pans, silverware and blender. Den has additional fireplace, couch, TV,VCR with movies, games and books. Free wireless internet connection is a newly
added feature. Three bedrooms sleep six and additional mattresses accommodate two more. Brand-new queen size beds in 2 bedrooms and 2 twin size beds in the 3rd bedroom. New TVS in bedrooms with queen size beds. Two and one-half baths with
towels and linens provided,iron and ironing board, two hairdryers. Outdoor patio features three gazebos,picnic tables, chairs, outdoor fire pit, gas and charcoal grills. Firewood is provided. Six sleds provided for wintertime fun. Laundry facilities available. Children and well-behaved pets
welcome.

and Kooser state parks. Nearby activities include skiing,
snowboarding, snow tubing, whitewater rafting, golfing, fishing
swimming,antique shopping, biking and hiking. Perfect area for fall
foliage viewing and local festivals. Many local restaurants nearby.

Daily rates: $200.00/ night- Sunday through Thursday. $250.00/night - Friday &
Saturday plus 6% sales tax and 3% hotel tax. Nightly, weekend and weekly rates available. Inquire for holiday rates. If staying only 1 night, a $50.00 cleaning charge will apply.
$10.00/day extra for each person over 6.
