Lake Muskoka Getaway... This newly built executive cottage on Lake
Muskoka is available for year round use. Come enjoy the four
seasons of Muskoka!!

With over 300 feet of waterfront, this Lake Muskoka property enjoys
exceptional privacy. The cottage itself has a wall of windows,
where the cottager can enjoy a view of the lake from the Master
bedroom, livingroon, dining room, and kitchen.

We supply all the linens (kitchen, bedroom and bathroom), and all
the extras, so that all you have to do is supply your own food and
beverages. This is especially appreciated by our European guests.

We have great exposure to many great golf courses, fantasic Mountain
biking tails, well maintained snow mobile trails, and faboulous
country roads. Our hopes are that all visitors will enjoy the great
outdoors of Muskoka at any time of the year. We are located in
Walker's Point, and have year round exposure to many wildlife, such
as deer, wild turkeys, otters, and moose.

The cottage has 1400 square feet of living space, with storage space
in the basement. There is a full frontal deck, facing the water.

The cottage itself has a fireplace, cathedral ceilings, an open
concept living area, and a well stocked kitchen.

Enjoy the 32 foot dock, with great exposure to Lake Muskoka. We are
located in the "Dark Skies" of Central Ontario, where, on a clear
night, you can enjoy a fantastic view of the night sky like no
where else.

The cottage has a children's play centre, that can occupy the little
ones for hours. We also have a bonfire area, where the wood is
supplied. Fantastic marshmallow roasts can follow.

The Gazebo by the lake offers an opportunity to
experience the lapping of the waves of the water closeby.

For those interested, the Walker's Point beach offers great swimming
instructons in July and August. The secluded beach is located
within a three minute's walk.
