3 BR, 2 full bath, fully equiped kitchen.
All linens and initial supply of paper produces and soap provided.
TV in each bedroom, cable, Microwave, stereo.
Screened porch overlooks pool. Bedrooms 1 & 2 have doors the open 
onto front balcony.
Charcoal grill, parking for 6 cars.
Just steps away from the crystal beaches of Grayton, you will love to
stay a few days or a month at Getaway.
New paint, new roof, new heated pool........everything a family needs 
for a home away from home.

Activities and Attractions

Grayton Beach is a historic community first settled in the early 
1900's.
Grayton Beach has consistently been ranked among the most beautiful 
and pristine beaches in the United States. Paddle a canoe or kayak 
on scenic Western Lake. Brackish waters allow for fresh and saltwater
fishing.  Hikers and bicyclists can enjoy over four miles of trails.
Enjoy your stroll to nearby shops and restaurants. Walk along 
the quiet residential lanes in this unique community and get to know 
some of the "locals". The dogs are quite nice also!
You are located close to Watercolor, Seaside communities which have 
many wonderful shops and restaurants also. Seaside and Watercolor 
both have great tennis facilities that offer lessons and round robin 
play.

$250.00 security deposit to hold. Full rental must be payed within 14 
before your stay. 
Rental agreement/policy will be mailed or emailed to renters along 
with combination to lock box that has house and pool keys.
Four night minimum stay, will consider less with 
additional cleaning fee of 120.00 (this is our cost) 

We try to keep rentals arrival/departures on Sundays, this allows for 
long weekend vacations. 

Weekly rentals only from Sunday through Sunday during peak seasons of 
Spring/Summer and Spring Break (last minute rentals for shorter stays 
can be made if house is available.)
