Casa de Focas in Ensenada

Our two bedroom, 2 bath home is exceptionally well furnished, just
like home! Each bedroom has its own balcony and its own bathroom.
The table in dining room seats 8 easily, the Mexican tile floors
reflect the tranquility of the surroundings. All living is on the
second floor, with balcony across the front. We are one house back
from ocean front, but the house in front is a one story so we
overlook it. You are just steps to the 6 mile, wide, white sandy
beach. Windows all around, spectacular ocean views.  Huge garage.

We have a 1 bedroom, roomy downstairs apt., perfect for winter snowbirds or some one looking to live in Baja, near an American settlement.  Very reasonable rate for right people (2 manimum) ... call and we will discuss it.

Our dear friends, Marge and Ben Hunter (remember TV shows?) wrote a book called the Baja Feeling, now is the time to experience it, sit back, read their book (we furnish it) and enjoy!

Our kitchen is furnished with everything, right down to the Turkey
Roaster! Pleanty of dishes, glasses and cooking utensils, no need to
bring any!
We furnish all linens, however ask that you bring your own towels.
There is a garage below and some extra parking available.
We have cable TV,radio and a CD player.
On your way to our home you will pass a Costco, Walmart and even a
Home Depot, so much of what you used to pack up and bring , you can
buy there now.

The Cruise lines will charge you for the bus tour of La Bufadora,
the Blow Hole (one of few in the world), but you can take your car
and enjoy the scenic, 10 minute drive to see it and shop in one of
the many souvenier shops that compete nicely with Ensenadas. We have
several excellent restaurants near us and its only about a 20-30
minute drive into Ensenada and its famous night-life.
Another "Cruise" perk is the Winery tour in Ensenada, however you can
do that on your own too and sample some of their excellent wines.
Our favorite thing to do is grab a beach chair (they are in the
garage) and go the few steps to the wide sandy beach, take a long
walk on the 6 mile beach, come back and "flop" in our chairs and let
the ocean lull you to sleep. Truly, "The Baja Feeling" !
