This adorable two bedroom, one bath home sleeps six comfortably and
is just steps away from beautiful Flathead Lake. It is located right
in the heart of the famous "Sailing Community" of Dayton, MT and
Mission Mountain Winery country. This property is centrally located
and is within minutes of Polson, Lakeside, and Kalispell, MT. This
cottage sits on a 1/2 acre which is fully fenced and features
gorgeous partial views of the lake and provides easy lake access. The
marina also offers sailing lessons.

The owners have provided everything you will need to make your stay
as comfortable as possible. The wonderful deck with comfortable patio
furniture is a very relaxing place to spend your mornings and
evenings watching the geese or enjoying a BBQ. There is an outdoor
fish cleaning station equipped with water and electricity to assist
with your fish preparation.

Both bedrooms have queen size beds and the living room sofa pulls out
to accomodate two more people. The kitchen is fully stocked to make
meal preparation a breeze. Finally, when the evenings are cool you
will enjoy the new Jotul stove in the living room which provides long
lasting heat through efficient burning of wood. Of course, there is
also electrical baseboard heating as back-up. This home does use lake
water as its main water source, but we will provide a few gallons of
drinking water during your stay. We know you will love this adorable
cottage as much as we do.
