Vacation Rental Description

                   This is a Non Smoking Condo.  
Check in time: 4PM                           Check out time: 11AM 
 Please note that there are 3 levels to this home with no elevators. 
 
Ocean views, with furnished 3 bedroom, 2 bath, single car garage  
duplex condo.  This is a perfect place for romantic getaways,  
renewing new and old friendships, or a family outing.  The spacious  
living area has peek-a-boo views.  There is a well equipped kitchen,  
with a comfortable dining area for six.  The master suite has a  
wonderful roof top ocean view.  Come enjoy the beautiful sunsets, or  
a campfire on the beach.  Walk one block to the historic Nye Beach  
restaurants and shops, or the miles of wonerful beach!

Vacation Rental Amenities

1. Sleeps 2-6; 3 bedrooms: 1 queen bed in 2 bedrooms; 2 twin beds in  
   the largest bedroom. 
2. 2 baths with shower/tubs. (One is in the master bedroom) 
3. Linens and blankets provided. 
4. Washer and Dryer is available in garage. 
5. Kitchen has stove, refrig., dishwasher, microwave, toaster,coffee  
   maker and all the other amenities to make your stay enjoyable. 
6. VCR/DVD is provided.  Cable is available at this time.  
7. Housekeeping: Self-serve until move out.

So much to see; so little time to do it!  Even if you've never been  
to Newport and Nye Beach, you can sit down on our sofa and look  
through the book of brochures we have prepared for you.  Just pick a  
place and go! Adventure awaits.

Vacation Rental Rates

Vacation Rates: Summer rates:10% increase from Winter rates, (July  
1st-Sept.30th)& no specials, except per month rental. Minimum 7  
nights stay during Summer. 
 
Minimum 2 nights*: Winter Rates: 7th night free; Special monthly rates. 
  1. Fri.-Sat. 1-2 People = $130.00 per night. 
  2. Sun.-Thurs. 1-2 People = $ 115.00 per night. 
  3. Fri.-Sat. 3-6 People = $150.00 per night. 
  4. Sun.-Thur. 3-6 People = $140.00 per night. 
* Holidays, Festivals, and Special Events require a 3 night stay. 
Additional charges: One time, $60.00/$80.00 non-refundable cleaning fee. 
Oregon Lodging Tax: 1%** 
Newport Transient Room Tax: 9.5% ** 
** Applies to stays less than 30 consecutive days. 
Damage Deposit: Refundable $100.00 for short term stays. 
 
Special Days' Rates: 
 Vatentine's Day (Feb. 12-16) add some romance to your life. 1 couple 
 =$100.00 per night; 2 couples= $125.00 per night. 2 night minimum; 
 pick the night. 
  
 Easter Special (April 6-9) celebrate something colorful with  
 family and friends. Stay any 3 days for the price of 2. 
 
 Mother's Day (May 11-14) a time for something special...maybe just  
 a walk on the beach with Mom. Stay any 3 days for the price of 2. 
 
 Halloween Time (Oct.29-Nov.2) this is the time for a treat with a  
 trip to Nye Beach, at High Street Living.  Save 30% on a 2 night 
 minimum stay. 
 
 Veteran's Day (Nov. 9-12) honor the vet in your life. Stay any 3  
 days for the price of 2.  
 
Reservations, Deposits and Policies: 
To make a reservation, call or e-mail.  To hold your reservation we  
require a deposit of $180.00-500.00 for any stay up to a week.   
Any security depositis are refunded based on the condition of the  
home after you leave. $80.00 is a cleaning fee for the first week. 
 
Cancellation: 
A full refund if cancellation is given 2 weeks, in Winter, or 30  
days, before the reservation date, in the Summer, otherwise we keep  
the full deposit. 
 
Your reservation is not confirmed until we receive payment and you  
receive and sign our policy agreement and return it to us.   
 
Payment Options: 
Personal checks, Cash, Money orders, Traveler's checks are accepted. 
NO VISA,etc., or any credit card at this time are accepted.
