Vacation Rental Description

3 bedroom cottage, open living space,kitchen with dining area, large 
modern bathroom with shower. Ceiling fans in bedrooms and dining 
area.  Enclosed front porch with rocking chairs, back deck with view 
of beach and patio furniture. Gas grill. Outside shower. All 
kitchenware, microwave, toaster, coffee maker,toaster oven, iron & 
ironing board. Lobster pot.
Bedroom 1 has queen bed and waterview.  Bedroom 2 has double bed.  
Bedroom 3 has queen bed.  DVD player, radio, color TV with 
satellite, books and games. Sheets and towels included. Parking in 
driveway for 2 cars, street 2 cars and in lot behind cottage for 2 
cars. This is a non smoking cottage.  Sorry, no pets.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Walk 125 feet to beach to enjoy the sun or read a book. Fly a kite 
or walk for miles when the tide is out. In the evening enjoy a 
beautiful sunset over the bay. 

Activities and Attractions

Fishing, mini golf, golf, flea market, drive-in, movie theater, 
hiking, nature trails, bike riding, boating, antiquing, shopping, 
massage, chiropractor, library, watch baseball games, outdoor 
concerts, park,near National Seashore, resturants, pizza, and 
walk to the best donut shop on Cape Cod.

April 26 - May 17   $1900.
May   17 - June 21  $2100.
June  21 - Sept 13  $2250
Sept  13 - Oct 6    $1700.
