As you enter the condo you will find an elegantly decorated 3
bedroom, 2 bath unit that sleeps up to 8 people. Enjoy the panoramic
view of the Bay as you watch the fishing boats, sailboats and
Dolphins as they play. The oversized balcony has comfortable
cushioned furniture for eight. This allows you to enjoy the 700'
lazy river as it flows gently around the large heated pool with
waterfall. The large pool even has a "zero entry" for the little
ones. Two heated spa pools allows you to enjoy the outside even in
the coolest of weather. There are two other heated pools available
to the owners and guest of the Herron and Osprey only. This area is
beautifully landscaped with many large palms. Charcoal grills are
located around the pool area. This area and the pool at night is
lighted with fiber optic lighting making it even more spectacular.

Every effort has been made to make your stay an enjoyable
experience. The Master Bedroom has a beautiful King size bed with flat screen TV
and DVD. The Master Bath has a large jacuzzi tub, separate shower
and large walk-in closet. The Second Bedroom has a Queen size bed with
flat screen TV. The Third Bedroom has two Twin size bed with flat
screen TV and DVD. The Living Room is spacious with sleeper sofa.
The kitchen is fully furnished with cherry cabinets and granite
countertops. The Dining Room glass top table will accomodate 6
people with two additional chairs at the breakfast bar.

And, there is more to come. A 90 slip deep-water marina will soon
provide on-site boat docking.

You can also enjoy the best of both worlds...the Bay and the Beach.
An elevated walkway across highway 98 connects you to the Destin
West Beach side. This allows you to enjoy all the aminities there. Kids
will love the Water Garden and the adults will enjoy the state of
the art Fitness Center that is one of a kind in the area. Everyone will
love the majestic sunset as they walk along the beach in late
afternoon.
