3 bedrooms, 2 baths, very well maintained single family home
professionally decorated (Key West style).
Enclosed entry with a small sitting area leads up to the main part
of the home with an interior staircase.
Large screened patio upstairs, and covered entertainment area
downstairs that is tiled with a gas grill. Beautifully landscaped
for privacy in a very tropical enviornment.
Small pool to take a refreshing dip after a long day at the beach or
out on the boat.
Pool heat is additional.

well.

activities and attractions in Key Colony Beach The Florida Keys
Close to Bahia Honda and Long Key State Parks, Dolphin Reasearch
Center and Crane Hammock Museum.
Key Colony Beach has tennis courts and a golf course within walking
distance as well as restaurants and a few novelty shops!
