Rent:  $3800 - $4000/month

Please add Hawaii tax of 11.42%

Security Deposit:  $2000 refunded 7 days after departure

Cleaning Fee:  $250

Reservation fee of $2000 due immediately to hold reservation and will
serve as the security deposit that will be returned upon departure. 
However, in the case of a cancelation, this fee is nonrefundable.
