enjoy and to relax on Miles of powdery white Sand beach warmed by  
the tropical sun. No road to cross to beach, the condo is on the  
beach. 
The Central air conditioning insures your comfort.  
From Lanai, hear the sound of the WAVES, see the beauty of putting  
green, water fall, pool, hot tub, wading pool, tropical landscape,  
beach, ocean, and lots more. 
A great place to swim with turtles and see the beautiful coral reef.

Vacation Rental Rates

** Special Rate ** From 7-23-2008 to 10-15-2008. Please inquiry for special rate due to condo face  
lift, no air condition. 
4/16/09 to 12/15/09 - $135/night or $945/week. 
01/01/09 to 4/15/09 - $160/night or $1120/week. 
A 10% discount for stay more than 28 nights. 
Rates are for Double occupancy. Extra quest $10/night/person. Limit 2 guests. No pet allowed.  
All rates subject to 11.42% Hawaii State Tax. 
Six nights minimum stay or cleaning fee of $80 apply. 
Payment options: Personal Check, money order, MC/VISA card. 
The remaining balance is due 60 days prior arrival. 
Check-in time is 3PM and check-out time is 11AM. 
A full day will apply if stay after check out time.  
There will be no refund within 30 days of arrival date and after check in.
