Vacation Rental Description

distance to Old Town Scottsdale's great shopping and incredible art  
galleries and boutiques, restaurants and bars. Down the street from  
the Scottsdale Civic Center and Scottsdale Stadium (Home of the San  
Francisco Giants).  
 
Minutes to public and world class golf courses, driving ranges and  
parks, shopping at Fashion Square Mall (Neiman Marcus, Nordstrom,  
etc.), Fifth Avenue Shops, and the Borgota.  
 
For the hiking enthusiast, Camelback Mountain and many other  
mountain hiking/biking trails are nearby. 
 
 
This one bedroom, one bath condominium sleeps two to four  
adults. Furnished with contemporary furnishings, the bedroom has a  
comfortable queen size bed and the living room has a nice pull-out  
sofa bed. The condo has a fireplace and a private balcony that  
overlooks the Olympic size swimming pool. Also, the unit has 2 TV's, DVD

Fifteen minutes from Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport. A two-hour drive  
to Sedona, Tucson, or four hours to the Grand Canyon or Las  
Vegas.

Non-Peak: May - October  
$1000 per month 
 
$500 security deposit required 
 
       Refundable security deposit:  $500  
       Non-Refundable cleaning fee:  $125
