amongst protected nature reserves with nearby ponds, wetland and 
abundance of Florida's tropical ecosystem. 

The beautiful house boasts open kitchen, separate breakfast, and 
formal dining. It has spacious living area and private rooms.

The home is fully equipped with all linens and towels as well as 
washer, dryer and all kitchen appliances, and utensils. Free local 
telephone, cable TV, VCR, and DVD player are included. 

The property is professionally managed with on-call representative 
on 
24 hour a day, 7 days a week. House is regularly cleaned. A 
professional landscaping crew maintains beauty of the exterior.

  All amenities are overlooking a 52 acre lake in the rear of the 
community only one block from the house!  These include a community 
pool with changing rooms and restrooms, a Gazebo grill area, 
basketball and tennis courts, a playground and a volleyball court 
all 
free for your use!

Activities and Attractions

  Nightly fireworks can be seen from the next door house or at the 
community pool overlooking the 52 acre lake!

Vacation Rental Rates

  Prices range from $550.00 to $900.00 USC. 13% tax in Polk County. 
The cleaning fee is $85.00 10% off the reservation amount to 
Police/Fire/EMT/Military! $2000.00/month plus tax and cleaning fee.
