Beach Retreat has a 3000 square foot heated pool, BBQ Grills, Picnic area, Exercise Room, & deeded (Private) beach access! This condo is ground floor so no stairs to climb! Conveniently located to all the major attractions. The Destin Commons Mall is about a mile and a half to the west and the Silver Sands Outlet Mall is the same distance to the east! All water sports including parasailing, jet skiing, surfing, etc are all right at the beach! Take a dolphin cruise or a deep sea fishing trip at the Destin Harbor! Restaurants are close too!
