This is a beautifully decorated unit with new appliances and was 
recently renovated. Previous guests rave at the beautiful and 
exceptional accommodations this property provides.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Air conditioning, coin laundry, DVD, VCR, cable television, cd 
player, and a fully equipped kitchen.

May 24 - September 6...$925 per week
September 6 - October 25...$550 per week
October 25 - March 15, 2009...$500 per week

**$100 refundable deposit required to cover lost parking pass or 
damage.
**Weekly rentals are Saturday-Saturday, Check-In 3pm & Check-Out 11am
** Non-smoking, no pet unit.
