These prices do not reflect the 10.5% tax.  This is also a non-refundable security deposit of $300.  
All changes and cancellations of reservations must be made sixty (60) days prior to your arrival for 
a full refund.

Be aware there is construction / renovation May 1 - Sept. 30, 2008 at Sand Cay Resort.  If you 
spend most of your time on the beach, then the discount given May 1, 2008 thru Sept. 30, 2008 is a 
great value. However there is scaffolding, mud on the grounds, and construction noise from 8 am to 
5pm, Monday thru Saturday. If you have any additional questions, please contact us.
