16 foot unobstructed sliding pocket doors join the great room with

glass doors join the kitchen and master bedroom to the screened
lanai. There are light colored matching porcelain tile floors
installed in all living areas, bath areas and the lanai. Neutral
carpet is installed in all three bedrooms. The master bedroom
features a walk-In California closet. The master bath features a
large 4’X 5’ roman shower with two shower heads. The guest bath
provides a tub/shower and large vanity. Ceiling fans are installed
in all rooms. Upgraded cable TV, telephone and internet wiring is

Vacation Rental Rates
Rates vary upon the time of year. During the season starting November
1st and running through April 30th the rate is $2,800.00 per month
Off season from May 1st through October 31st rates are $1,800.00 per
month. All rentals are prepaid and are charged a $150.00 cleaning fee
and 12% tax. Call to discuss long term rentals, boat rentals, gulf
access and mixed season rates.
