As soon as you walk in, you know you're on vacation: Our exquisitely furnished beach front condominium welcomes you with the ultimate in comfort and style. Sumptuous amenities include a 42" LCD TV and Bose® 3-2-1 DVD entertainment system in the Living room, wireless broadband internet access, home phone + cell phone (free incoming calls!), LCD-TVs in both bedrooms, Jacuzzi tub, state-of-the-art ’Kitchen Aid’® appliances, Washer/ Dryer and central A/C (room controlled).

Our oceanfront patio offers spectacular 180° views over the crystal clear waters of the Caribbean sea and 100% privacy (!).

With our comfortable sleeper sofa in the Living room we can comfortably accommodate up to six guests. Linen, bath + beach towels, hair dryer & iron are provided.

After arrival at the airport you’ll receive your rental car from one of the biggest and most reliable car rental companies on the island. We will meet you there and guide you to our little piece of paradise for a personal check-in.

Our Master bedroom has a King size bed and walk-in closet, the Master bath a Jacuzzi/ shower. The Guest bedroom has 2 twin beds (can be made up as King bed) and a bath with shower. Both bedrooms have LCD-TVs, ceiling fans and access to our private patio overlooking the Simpson Bay lagoon and the French side all the way to Anguilla. Linens, towels and beach towels are included.

'The Cliff' features the first and only Full-Service Christian Dior Health Spa which offers a variety of treatments and therapies. Other on-site amenities include sculptured beach-front pool & Childrens pool, indoor 2 lane heated lap pool, gym with lockers, lighted tennis court, steam room, sauna, recreation facilities, 24 hour security, concierge service, secured on-site parking AND hard days on the beach...

Cupecoy is ideally located just 5 minutes from Juliana International Airport and within walking distance from casinos, quality international restaurants, ATM, mini market/bistro and St. Maarten's only golf course. From the condo it's a 10 minute drive to Marigot, French St. Martin's capital, and a 20 minute drive to Philipsburg, Dutch St. Maarten's capital.
