New 5BR/3.5BA Pool/Spa Villa 10 min Disney in Orlando

This new 5 bedrooms / 3-1/2 bathrooms villa has a large private swimming pool and hot spa, High-speed internet, 42" plasma TV, unlimited long distance, and a game room. It located in "The West Haven", a very quiet, small, prestigious gated community next to the famous Champions Gate golf complex and Omni resort. The villa is centrally located within 2 to 15 minutes of all major attractions, stores and restaurants. It is only 10 minutes to the main gates of Disney World.

The villa has two large master suites, one with a king size bed and one with a queen size bed. The third bedroom has a queen-size bed. The fourth and fifth bedrooms each has two twin beds. There is a queen sofa sleeper in the living room for extra accommodation needs. A 42'' HD Plasma TV is in the large bright family room, a 20'' tv in each bedroom. There is a formal dining room with seats of 6 and a breakfast nook with 4 seats. A separate laundry room, and a large lanai. The games of pool table and air-hockey are in the gameroom converted from gararge.

It has everything you may need except for food, which you can purchase from the near-by Publix and super Wal-Mart or other grocery stores. All linens and towels are provided. Crib, high-chair and stroller are also available. Phone with unlimited long-distance calls in US and Canada are free of use.
